maybe a stupid question but all mine are can i dump used cricket boxes in my recycling bin???
1.1.0 Bearded dragon: Loki and Dave
0.0.1 fantasy horned Frog: Bufo
3.0.2 Whites Tree Frog: Buddah, Edgar, Enid, Four and Tiny
0.3.0 leopard Gecko: Bug
0.1.0 Jack Russel: daisy (gravid)

It depends what your council accepts, but most likely yes. I recycle mine.

cool cool as im using about 10 boxes a week at the mo

any idea what plastic they are made from???

Yeah Red, I recycle mine.

I'm a bit of a recycle freak myself. :oops:

My husband got a water butt and I got a compost for xmas :roll:

id do all of that as well if i had a garden. the only thing my place is missing well we have a communal garden but it not the same i cant have chickens and ducks and cover most of it in fruit and veg patches

I know the feeling, we used to live in a ground floor flat with a communial garden, even had a gardener, was really wuite suprised at myself at how much i enjoyed gardening. :shock:

I take mine back to the shop process is alot shorter than recycling! wash out and return!!!

We did the same as Iceman until we started getting 400 roaches at a time. They come in a cardboard box which recycles in the paper bins nicely!

My " Oh so green" council like you to think their into recycling but its very half hearted They have given me a crate for paper , glass and tins BUT if you dont wash the tins and remove the label they wont take them, cardboard stamped "recycable" isnt allowed nor is shredded paper or glossy mags. We have no plastic recycling bins anywhere near us I dont buy crickets but occasionally get mealies or something and all the clear boxes are used for raising seedlings in- perfect mini green houses and for incubating small rep eggs of course. I also donated a load to the local school for craft projects. I grow a lot of fruit and veg so my compost bins a real god send.Where I live they talk recycling but dont do it very well.
